There are two sides to a
glow up. If you want to glow up physically, you have to glow up mentally first.
We've already talked about deciding to glow up and motivating yourself but there is more to it.
You need to love yourself. Every flaw you have, every imperfection, you need to embrace and own it. It makes you unique, makes you special. Accept it and make it a part of you. It is the only way for you to truly make a step forward and grow and evolve like we've talked in previous posts. Accept your body and your mind. Notice the little things surrounding you and enjoy them.
Take a deep breath and inhale self-love, peace and acceptance.
It is the only possible way for you to grow. You can meditate as much as you want and do as much yoga practises but speaking from my own experience, if you don't start loving yourself first and start being proud of yourself, noticing the little things, you won't be able to grow and consequently glow.
I try to write down things I'm grateful for and things I did that I take as an accomplishment for the given day. It gives you the overview of how amazing you truly are and you give yourself credit for the things you take for granted but obviously shouldn't. I'm trying to love myself at this very moment and I hope you're on the journey as well.
Your mind is something you should take care of as it will be with you for the rest of your days.
